Weekly Backups

To manually back up a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the simplest job in the world. You will either have to use a separate server or your PC, alternatively arrange some 3rd–party solution. Our company offers a considerably easier solution with our Admin Services offer. We will create a complete backup of your server every week, so you never have to be afraid of permanently losing any valuable info. And we can always restore a backup copy really fast. All our backups are placed on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have full freedom to run any script or service on your it. Still, a part of the scripts are harder to install and might require some additional setup from you. This is where our Admin Services offer can come in real handy. It includes 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you will be able to basically hire one of our professional server administrators for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software that you want. Or have him rectify a trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an add–on with our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
